I found your consultations to be insightful and concise. In fact, I am in the process of recommending you to another party who has encountered simliar problems with real estate. I think any time an investor has access to an exprerienced, third party investor that will give it to them straight, it can't help but be beneficial -- whether they take full realization of the information at the point of contact or require the passage of time to gain the full and final effect.

...You may not remember me, I’m the guy from Athens. We spoke a couple of times after I took your class, regarding a deal I was putting together locally. I closed on that house last Tuesday and picked up about $50K in equity. I also recently contracted to take another property "subject to" in two weeks. This property is on a river and was appraised at $115,000 last year. The seller is signing the property over to me as they lost their job. I plan to flip it for $99,000 a.s.a.p. Thanks for the great training!
