     Donna Robinson - Has been directly involved in real estate since 1996.
        As a licensed Realtor®, Investor, Transaction Analyst, Deal Negotiator and
        Consultant Donna has participated in hundreds of real estate transactions.

        Experienced with rental properties, quick cash sales, Lease Options,
        Subject-To and many other creative strategies, Donna is respected for
        holding high standards for integrity and honesty with clients and
        customers.

        Donna has also written several publications for real estate investors,
        including "The Real Estate Investors Guide To Buying Right",
        which anticipated the current down turn in the real estate market.
       
        Donna is a sought after speaker and trainer and often speaks to investing clubs
        and groups. As the Director of The Real Estate Arena, Donna reviews and
        creates educational, business building and training materials used by TREA members.
        She is also a long time business associate of Peter Vekselman, with whom
        she has been involved in many real estate transactions.
        

PETER VEKSELMAN - a real estate investor and entrepreneur, has owned and
operated numerous businesses that have generated millions of dollars in profits.
His business enterprises have included a variety of business models.

Among them are VEX Snacks, a vending machine business;
a Mobile Home Dealership, that was one of the largest mobile home brokerages.
in metro Atlanta, Tech Touch Cash, a credit card processing business with
over 100 employees in 11 offices nationwide.
Peter has been involved in real estate
as an investor, contractor, developer, and lender for more than a decade.

He has bought and sold more than 700 properties, and his construction company has
handled more than a hundred projects. As a private lender, he managed a portfolio
of more than $5 million. He holds a degree in finance from Miami University.
